Commercial Medical Product Visualization
Commercial Project Client: a U.S.- based dental biomaterials company
Role: Visual Direction · AI Product Visualization · Presentation Design
Project Brief
A U.S.-based dental biomaterials company needed premium product imagery for a line of bone graft materials, without a physical photo shoot. The objective was to create visuals precise enough for clinical marketing while refined enough for investor presentations. The system was built around three product formats: a molded block, a capsule, and a tablet. The project progressed through concept exploration, client-guided refinement, and final production-ready deliverables.
Creative Exploration
Two visual directions were developed to test how the products should be perceived:
• premium commercial
• clinical scientific
Multiple material environments were explored before selecting the final visual language.
Image 1: Concept 01 - high-gloss studio, saturated blue, Image 2: Concept 02 - warm, low-key tabletop, Image 3,4: Backdrop tests - blue gradient, brushed steel
Client Feedback & Design Iteration
The initial concepts explored both bold, high-contrast treatments and quieter clinical environments. Client feedback favored a more restrained direction, noting that the dark tabletop felt too moody for a clinical audience.
The final direction shifted toward softer light, accurate material color, and clean clinical environments. A glass laboratory vessel and subtly blurred interior were introduced to reinforce the product's scientific context while keeping the focus on the biomaterials themselves.

Final Images
Four final compositions were delivered, each built around a different material context - marble with a clinical interior, a soft studio gradient, a glass laboratory vessel, and brushed steel, giving the client a flexible image library for both marketing and presentation use.
Visual Direction
The final visual system was built around four principles:
• Clinical credibility
• Premium simplicity
• Material accuracy
• Presentation flexibility
Deliverables
• 4 hero product visuals
• Clinical presentation imagery
• Investor presentation assets
• Marketing-ready high-resolution files
This project translated a technical clinical product into a flexible visual system for marketing and investor communications, without a physical photo shoot. The final imagery can be deployed across presentations, sales materials, packaging, and digital marketing while preserving the material accuracy required in a clinical category.
